The Wedding Chateau 25 years in the making! If you are familiar with the North Texas area, chances are that you are familiar with this property. Located on the south side of Sanger Texas, just minutes north of the I-35 east/west split near Denton. This property has remained unfinished and has been the subject of interest, speculation and conversation for 25 years.
We are just building this website, and in the coming weeks and months, we will be providing information on our progress, as well as the history of the beautiful and interesting property.
The plans are complete and we are currently working on financing. We should start the finish-out of the Chateau in late fall 2009 and expect to be open for the 2010 Wedding season.
